Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will be responsible for handling and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and supporting the Inbound/Outbound Lead Management Program. This opportunity is an excellent way to start your career in the sales and technology industry. You will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales while working with amazing people!
What you will do...
Pre-qualify all inbound sales calls and respond to them or distribute them to the appropriate Business Development Executive (BDE)
Ensure the opportunities are moved through the sales cycle efficiently
Create and maintain regular reports and analysis of sales and lead initiatives
Manage and evaluate all inbound lead partners
Assist in the development and implementation of the outbound lead generation program
Act as the central point of contact for new clients and partners’ inquiries
Work as a “team” to effectively manage assigned territories
What you will bring...
Relevant experience in sales or customer service environments
A University/College degree and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field would be considered an asset
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
High energy and a team player that interfaces well at all levels within organizations
Highly adaptable, flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving and ambiguous environment
Competitive attitude with demonstrated self-motivation
Excellent at "qualifying" and prioritizing opportunities
Strong technical aptitude and able to work hands on with products
Ability to execute on multiple priorities to be successful in this fast-paced environment
Experience selling direct or via channel would be considered an asset
Flexibility in working with different time zones
