SkyCap Financial is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager will plan, implement and manage the digital marketing strategies and manage key digital marketing assets to drive profitable growth and improve revenue outcomes. The Digital Marketing Manager is accountable for the tracking of all digital campaigns and uses the digital assets to drive improved customer and financial outcomes

Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

· Manage social media sites and social marketing activities. Build a social media audience and engagement. Foster dialogue and answer questions posed by the audience in a friendly and knowledgeable manner and in adherence to company social media policies.

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI)

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

· Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

· Create conversion points and optimize user funnels

· Evaluate emerging technologies and new marketing channels and strategy for adoption to management where appropriate

Requirements:

· Recent university degree in marketing or a related field

· Work experience in digital marketing (client or agency)

· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc.)

· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns

· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

· Experience in Photoshop and photo editing to be able to create marketing visuals

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
