We are looking to add another kinesiologist to our team at Thrive Fitness.


  • Supervising semi private personal training
  • Coaching team and first responder group training sessions
  • Private ICBC active rehab
  • Administrative tasks including training program design, ICBC submissions, ongoing communication with referring clinicians, creating content such as social media posts, slide decks, etc.


  • HKin / Kinesiology degree or equivalent
  • Registered with the BCAK
  • Current First Aid and CPR


  • CNP (Certified Nice Person)
  • Fierce work ethic
  • Positive, "Can Do" attitude
  • Comfortable leading as well as working as part of our team
  • Prepared to go beyond your comfort zone, consistently
  • Keen interest in personal development
  • Passions and interests that extend beyond the world of fitness and rehab ( eg. travel, history, food, art, culture, etc.) You name it.


- This position requires an unpaid internship of approximately 4 to 6 weeks and 60 to 80 hours of self paced continuing education. Ongoing topics will include but are not limited to: the FMS, SFMA, MBSC's Functional Strength Coach Series, Clinical Neurodynamics, StrongFirst, FRC, Fix Your Own Back, Pain Science basics, etc...
