Partner Lifecycle Management (PLM) pillar is targeted to bridge the long tail of digital partners to the telco service providers. The platform exposes a set of capabilities for both partners and service providers to be able to onboard, manage their financial transactions and be able to review and maintain their payouts and settlements. PLM is also the interface that is responsible for managing creating the user at the partner backend with prebuilt integrations.
Subscription Lifecycle Management (SLM) pillar provides complete subscription management with support for variety of recurring models, offers, promo codes. SLM Supports Campaigns, promotions, loyalty and “Pay on bill” options, offers Business, Finance and Summary Reporting and dashboards. SLM is secure - PCI Level I Service Provider compliant and SSAE 16 audited annually and supports 90+ Global payment methods.
User Lifecycle Management (ULM) pillar provides Robust user-centric data & entitlementplatform to manage every individual. It provides Patented group management and household sharing capability, to delegate & revoke granular access. In addition, ULM can provide Powerful, identity and access management platform that delivers multi-factor Auth/N & Auth/Z and Privacy and consent management module capturing consent at a user level.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, maintain and secure large-scale multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS, as well as traditional linux based infrastructure
Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
Automate deployments of Microservices with open source technologies on Docker and Kubernetes
Contribute to automating monitoring and alarming with open source technologies
Help define and document infrastructure and systems configuration, service discovery, processes and security
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Both self-professed and industry-proven master of Linux, from shell scripting to server provisioning
Real-world experience with large-scale, redundant, carrier grade Java based enterprise software systems
Understanding of designing and deploying Highly Available software solutions
Experience with VPN and virtualization technology
A firm understanding of TCP/ IP Network, SMTP, SSH, TLS, DNS, and network security
Understanding of Microservices, multitenancy/SaaS
Understanding of containerization technologies and orchestration- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
Familiarity with AWS services
Experience with Tomcat, Kafka, MySQL
Experience with CI/CD, IaC (ex Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
A passion for technology, learning, and the intersection (or is it union?) of the two
