Currently we are seeking a dedicated and driven Project Coordinator to join our Services Group in Burnaby.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will work directly with Electrical Project Manager/Estimators to ensure project and service deadlines are met.
Duties and responsibilities:
General administrative duties to support the Project Manager/Estimators. Duties include but are not limited to:
Document control, paper flow and job organization
Organization and tracking of drawings
Preparation of schedules
Helping with counts
Assistance with site safety (record keeping only)
Assisting with daily and weekly time sheets
Assistance with daily Time and Material (T&M) work sheets
Experience and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in and full knowledge of an Administrative role.
Construction Industry experience or an electrical background an asset.
PMP certified or working towards, an asset
Quick learner, self-motivated, able to work independently.
Highly organized and detail oriented
Intermediate level MS Office (Excel, Word)
MS Project or Primavera an asset
Strong English written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, stringent deadlines to meet daily
Valid driver's license required
