The Role:
Mejuri is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team, who will be responsible for creating our Brand Partnerships strategy, overseeing the execution of partnerships (including contracts and negotiations) and managing the end-to-end campaign from concept to market. You will manage a team, and work on an aggressive strategy to bring co-designs and collaborations to market in an innovative and fast manner. Our ideal candidate has deep sales experience, influencer marketing and celebrity agency relationships, and has managed negotiation for large companies previously.

To sparkle is this role, you will:
Manage the conception, pitching, negotiation and management of brand partnerships and influencer marketing campaigns
Work with the Director of Brand Marketing to align our product launches with partnerships that broaden our reach and deepen our global awareness
Work closely with our legal team to write detailed contracts that support the success of the collaboration
Have existing relationships with talent agencies, both traditional and digital (CAA, UTA, Gleam), and senior industry experience in detailing talent deliverables and ROI
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to build out the execution of campaigns

Our bright and shiny candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree of diploma in related field
5+ years experience in business development, sales and negotiation side
3+ years sales team management experience, has managed internal teams and firms/agencies before
An existing rolodex of talent agents and stylists globally
Rich experience detailing contracts and creating partnerships that generate high ROI
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
You are innovative and like a good challenge, you are able to brainstorm new ways to engage with our community
You are driven, a self-motivator who enjoys problem solving
