1 - Receptionist, answer and direct phone calls
2 - Knowledgeable in Sage Software: will oversee Receivables, Payables and Payroll.
3 - Knowledgeable in Manitoba rules and regulations regarding WCB, PST, GST and labour.
4 - Knowledgeable in computer software: Word, Excel and Open Office.
5 - Conduct weekly office meetings.
6 - Work with Safety Committee preparing Tool Box talks, managing Safety reports and other various tasks related to COR safety program
7 - HR task, welcoming and orientations of new personnel: collecting and recording all pertinent information; helping with the review process.
