JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Risk Management Associate’s primary responsibilities will include processing requests to participate in a national registry for the disease, entry of patient and physician information into the program database, and responding to physician and client enquiries. Additional duties include managing the receipt of patient laboratory data, maintaining electronic records to support program archiving system, supporting data management activities, maintaining an effective document management system, promoting high levels of customer service, maintaining call compliance, and responding to enquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Hours of work for the Employee will be scheduled between 8:00AM and 8:00PM Monday through Friday with a weekly rotating 12PM-8PM.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process program registrations received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis;
Ensure prompt updates to program database on an ongoing basis;
Maintain effective communications with multiple external and internal customers;
Maintain accurate electronic records of information regarding patient and program registrations, patient data, laboratory alerts, and requests for further information; and
Communicate with internal and external clients as deemed necessary.
The Risk Management Associate will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / data entry role, in an office setting
Working experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries is an asset
College diploma or University degree in a related field;
Proactive customer focus
Bilingualism an asset
