General Description of Duties:

  • Create sell sheets and sales support documents
  • Edit and maintain seasonal catalogues
  • Complete product information packages
  • Record sales data and basic reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  • creatively present content and merchandise digitally
  • other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • office administration experience
  • must thrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task with constant workflow
  • create packaging, tags, and labels with understanding of industry norms
  • exhibit organization skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong data entry skills, with keyboarding proficiency and attention to accuracy and detail
  • knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop
  • has motivation, high initiative, dedication, and a strong work ethic
  • capacity to work independently as well as in a team environment with a willingness to learn
  • experience with sourcing and vendor negotiations
  • a creative mindset and basic skills are considered an asset for creating catalogues and representing merchandise
