As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you live and breathe product marketing and know the immense value this strategic function brings to an organization. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager who will take Axonify's microlearning category leadership to new heights. In this strategic role, you will assume leadership of a portfolio of products that comprise the award-winning Axonify Microlearning Platform. You'll be responsible for core go-to-market activities and ongoing product success throughout the product lifecycle, defining product positioning by understanding the market, buyers and key competitors. You'll synthesize information and serve as an internal and external evangelist and influencer to ensure all sales and marketing teams are equipped with the right tools, knowledge and information to properly position the Axonify Platform to ensure we continue to win in the market.

You'll Be Successful At:
Product Positioning and Messaging: Differentiating and elevating the Axonify solution with strong positioning and messaging for key Axonify products as well as relevant customer stories.
Sales Enablement: Developing and delivering product-related assets and training to support the success of the Axonify sales team.
Content Development and Demand Generation: Supporting our industry programs teams to create and deliver product-related content (webinars, blogs, e-books, web content, customer stories, collateral etc.) to increase Axonify's presence as a thought-leader within the industry and support the buying process.
Analysts and Awards: Working with industry associations, analysts, influencers and media agencies to track and submit Axonify applications for product reviews and awards.
Product Release Process: Quarterbacking the launch of new features and releases both internally and to the market.
New Product Go-to-market: Working closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, development, customer experience and the product management team to flawlessly bring new products to market.

Because You Bring:
Product marketing experience: You're a seasoned marketer with 7+ years of software marketing experience ideally with a minimum of at least 2 years in a product marketing role.
Strong academics: You have a University degree from a business or technical-related discipline
Pragmatic Marketing: You have a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and the GTM process as well as Pragmatic Marketing principles.
Full stack marketing expertise: You've seen it all and have experience in the full-stack marketing mix including market/competitive assessment, content and digital marketing/demand generation, marketing/sales collateral development and more.
B2B SaaS background: You understand the B2B sales and marketing funnel and understand how businesses purchase software.
Balanced approach: You're able to both think strategically and roll up your sleeves and dig into the details.
Cool under pressure: You're results-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle the pace, shifting priorities and multiple demands in a rapidly growing company and dynamically changing market.
Strong communications: You're comfortable presenting to large audiences and delivering sales training sessions/webinars.
Passion to get-it-done: You're a self-starter who provides creative solutions to business challenges. You're independent and take-charge while being a consummate team player.
Powerful influence: You can influence and motivate people to take action at all levels and functions across the organization and beyond with customers, partners and analysts.
