Are you an individual who is motivated by curiosity, driven for success and excellent customer service? Do you like working in a fun, fast-paced and rapidly growing work environment? CDW is currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Account Executives in the day to day interaction with end user accounts, as well as the development and on boarding of new clients

Develop and maintain active communication with Account Executives and clients via telephone, email or in person

Participate in or lead client meetings and presentations

Identify and submit opportunity registrations when applicable along with noting potential rebates provided by Vendor Management and Account Executive and submitting claims as required

Source product from manufacturers and distributors, obtaining current lead times and availability

Preparation of quotations using Quotewerks templates as required along with processing sales orders in Quotewerks according to company guidelines

Complete and renew all applicable sales certifications

Assist in coordinating and quoting any logistical requests, working with service providers to fulfill client requests

Responsible for initiating all product returns within assigned territory

Create reports as needed for the sales team

Recommend opportunities for operational and process improvement within the Inside Sales role

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support position
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment while functioning well under pressure
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications

University/College diploma/degree
Experience in Salesforce
