Administrative Marketing Assistant

We are a full service mortgage brokerage and mortgage Investment firm located in downtown Vancouver. We have been in business since 1999, we are currently seeking Marketing Administrative Assistant to join us. We offer flexible professional working environment, central location easy to get to, health insurance, opportunities for advancement.

Work responsibilities:
- Provide marketing assistant in design, write, edit and advise on the creation of marketing pieces, include monthly newsletter, weekly emails, update social media, Instagram, facebook ..etc
- Stay on top of the digital landscape and social media treads, include updating social media, website, and communicate with clients, and investors
- Organize events for clients and investors
- Communication directly with clients and investors and encourage trusting relationships.
- Update spreadsheet, database, clients and investor’s information
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations

- Minimum 2 years experiences in marketing/administrative area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person
- Experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, or Adobe, or similar programs
- Experience with using social media
- Previous financial industry experience would be an asset
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask numerous activities
