  • Lead by example in proper customer service and executing of the 5 steps of the selling cycle
  • Conduct performance discussions with employees once signed off by GM/SM.
  • Demonstrated leadership on the floor measured by conversion, SPH, ADT, and UPT
  • Identify, recruit, interview and hire talented individuals with a broad range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds
  • Develop and monitor training and orientation plans for new employees as well as seasonal PK meetings
  • Create and maintain a store team environment
  • Provide clear direction and follow-up while monitoring progress of staff to ensure timely and effective completion of assignments
  • Communicate store deficiencies i.e. lighting, fixtures, visual standards
  • Ensure ease of customer shopping experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance
  • Work hand in hand with store management to plan and execute monthly directives/store flips
  • Clean, vacuum, fold, size, steam and maintain store standards
  • Service and sell to customers from all sections in the store
  • Understand and support the visual direction
  • Ensure daily monitoring and execution of sales and payroll goals
  • Leadership role in planning and execution of flip plans, merchandise moves, markdowns and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures including but not limited to Asset Protection, Operational, POS, and HR
  • Model and ensure dress code and image compliance
  • Follow-up to ensure proper execution of company initiates
  • Ensure daily monitoring and execution of sales and payroll goals
  • Make effective autonomous and group decisions in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognizing and reacting to changing work demands
  • Effectively leverage and appropriately delegate responsibilities to staff
  • Responsible for all opening and closing procedures of the store on all designated shifts as per the store hours of operations. Note: If one cannot open or close store they are responsible for finding replacement staff and must immediately inform DM/RM.
