GoodScout Digital is looking for a Project Manager who excels at creating partnerships with clients, fostering collaborations with teams, as well as bringing rigour and precision to everything we deliver. Our Project Managers take ownership of managing both our team's delivery and our client team's expectations throughout every stage of the project development and campaign lifecycle. They also serve as the main point of contact for our clients.
Deliver projects on-time, on budget, and with quality.
Collaborate with craft leads in marketing strategy, product management, copy, design and development to estimate the work and assign appropriate resources to complete the work.
Develop a detailed project plan with dependencies and critical paths identified.
Prepare the project budget.
Monitor and track project execution against project plan and budget.
Ensure quality standards are met on all deliverables.
Communicate with the team and ensure all team members are aware of their tasks and timelines for completion.
Pro-actively manage all aspects of client expectations and communications during the project.
Identify and manage risks that would impact the delivery of the project and act proactively to resolve issues.
Work with our business development team to help define and scope new client engagements.
Seek opportunities to strengthen our relationships with our clients.
Continuously engage the client, other stakeholders, and the team to ensure the team is delivering the value expected of each engagement.

What we're looking for
4-6 years of software design & development project management experience
Proven experience managing projects to market digital products
Experience working with senior client stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel
Passion for marketing digital products
Top-notch communication skills
