The Manufacturing Engineer will be instrumental in designing ground-up manufacturing processes to produce quality products cost-effectively. Specifically you will:

Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

Design and improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.

Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.

Complete development projects by training and guiding technicians.

Work with equipment designers to develop a cost-effective and working production processes.

Education: Bachelors in Manufacturing Engineering

Experience: 3 years of related experience designing manufacturing processes and maintaining equipment

Experience with ERP

Experience working under ISO 9001 or similar regulation

Proficient in creating and understanding Bill of Material (BOM), engineering drawings, specifications, tolerance and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Able to create and streamline procedure, process and work instructions.

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Presentation software

Lean manufacturing exposure

Familiar with ISO 9001 or similar regulation

Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills in English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to recommend and/or implement timely solutions to resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment are required.

Excellent project management skills are required. Work well under pressure. Ability to deliver on commitments and to meet deadlines on several projects simultaneously is required.

Certificate or exposure to Six Sigma

Able to work with Solid works
