Richmond Subaru is a member dealership of the Olympic Auto Group, with over 15 dealerships, across 4 Canadian time zones, and more than 600 team members strong. We are looking for a client focused service professional to join our team as a Fixed Operations Manager at our SUBARU dealership in Richmond, BC. We are cultivating a culture of creativity, entrepreneurship, and working collaboratively as a team of automotive professionals to delight our clients both with their buying and service experiences. In this customer service focused automotive role you will build exceptional client relationships to perpetuate repeat service business by ensuring that our clientele are aware of the service or maintenance work required on their vehicles and advised of the timelines required to complete any scheduled repairs. You will continually liaise between the clients and the technicians in this role.
