Role Summary:
Chubb’s Burnaby branch is currently recruiting a Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating projects in order to meet objectives, support the installation group and work with the sales department.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Perform site visits/meeting and revise the projects as required to plan installation strategies.
Initiate, Plan, Execute, and Close out projects as per prescribed guidelines and project plans.
Support and ensure quality of work for the installation group as well as sub-contractors.
Work with sales rep(s), engineers and design group and electrical contractors to provide an accurate hardware solution for the building application.
Work with internal teams on installations in-order to estimate forecasts and meet revenue commitments.
Follow established health and safety procedures and report any incidents and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel. Perform routine checks and surveys
Responsible for large project assignments, making sure the project is on track and working with the client to ensure needs are met.

Qualifications:
Must be a certified PM
Minimum 3 years of related work experience,
Bilingual in English and French would be an asset
In-depth knowledge of Installation techniques and products
Proven leadership and supervisory ability. Capable of developing strong employee and customer relations
Must be able to determine problems, research solutions and effectively implement strategies and remedies
Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and Presentations
Proven customer relationship-building skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision/self-motivated and desire to work on a winning team
High enthusiasm and creativity
Superior problem solving skills
