Looking for an energetic and motivated individual to add to our team of cooks.
Open kitchen concept on the third floor of a timber framed brewery, serving upscale casual cuisine in the heart of the rocky mountains. Rotating seasonal menus and a focus on event, function, banquet, brunch and a la carte service.
Must be able to lead a small team in the absence of chef/sous chef.
