Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:

Engaging with current and prospective clients on the phone, live chat and via email to provide answers to their questions and guide them through the onboarding process to ensure a positive client experience for all clients in a professional and timely manner

Supporting new clients through their first engagement with PwC Ventures

Developing a thorough understanding of our products, assisting in presentations and online demonstrations of our products if required to close deals

Building rapport with clients through friendly, engaging communication and meetings

Working with clients as an ambassador for PwC Ventures

Performing online research to answer client questions and concerns

Conducting product enhancement demonstrations via the web to continually keep clients current on recent developments to product suite

Working in a teaming environment, building and sustaining relationships with peers and colleagues

Promoting PwC Ventures goals and ideals to clients, channel partners and the market in general

Establish rapport and credibility with prospects/clients to address/personalize their needs while positioning PwC Ventures products to create demand and deliver quota

Requirements:
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
3+ years of client facing experience
Post-Secondary Undergraduate Diploma
Strong experience in client development in a competitive environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g.: Sales, Product, Marketing or similar field)
Experience in B2B technology
Affinity for technology and the ability to learn and apply new skills easily
Experience in client relationships - upselling and cross-selling products to the benefit of clients and firm and ability to understand client needs and client service
Excellent understanding of sales as a competency and ability to develop others.
Strong public relations and research skills
Excellent ability to develop and communicate strategy and plans internally and externally
Self starter who is able to manage their own time / work, work well under pressure, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Excellent problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and oral skills
Strong project and change management
Excellent organization skills and time management, ability to prioritize with multiple and complex demands
