We currently have an opening for an intermediate level accounting clerk to provide timely monthly reconciliations, reports and related analysis. This role assists the Chief Operating Officer with budget and audit preparation and other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of monthly financial statements.
Month end reconciliations and reporting.
Variance expense analysis.
Bank reconciliations.
Intercompany journal entries.
Administrative duties as assigned by the COO.

Qualifications:
Accounting degree/diploma (a CGA, CA or CMA designation is a definite asset).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Law firm experience is an asset.
Sound judgment and the ability to deal with multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
