This is a Project position on a 7on / 7 off Rotation – Compressed Work Schedule
Flight, Camp and/ or Bussing available

Perform weekly audits of radios, mx4s and tangos by each individual crew and log and report any missing/ outstanding issues
Facilitate the repair or replacement of any defective tools or equipment
Ensure all requisitions have been approved by the appropriate level of authority prior to submitting orders to vendors
Process orders by working closely with procurement to create purchase orders based on departmental needs and submit to appropriate vendors
Work with accounts payable/ procurement to receive POs in Microsoft Navision once material has been received
Coordinate pickup, delivery and return of stock for both Company submitted requisitions as well as on site vendor
Work closely with planners to ensure scheduled work has all planned material staged and ready for use prior to weekly schedule being issued which includes updating the work log in Maximo to ensure all parties are aware of outstanding issues (if applicable)
Requisition tools and consumables and establish delivery dates with vendors according to level of importance
Track all orders using spreadsheet and follow up with vendor for any overdue/ outstanding orders
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with all vendors
Monitor and control inventory levels for all non-billable materials
Work with and assist site administrators on reconciling p-cards according to purchases
Will be required to move or transport materials from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment on a regular basis.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
5+ years related industry experience
Prior in Material handling or Warehouse experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract required
Zoomboom or Forklift training an asset
Valid CSTS and OSSA (Oil Sands Safety Association) orientation and/or OSSA BSO would be an asset
Solid customer service skills and strong organizational skills are required
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other personnel
Committed to best practices in health, safety and environmental management
Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications with advanced MS Excel, Navision, and Maximo.
All applicants must have the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
