We are looking for an Assistant Bakery Manager to help lead and develop a strong team. This position will work with Team Leaders to promptly resolve employee and customer concerns as well as be the point person in the absence of the Bakery Manager.
Working at COBS you will:
Be responsible for all aspects of managing the bakery. Don't worry if you haven't worked in a bakery previously as we provide full training.

A Successful Assistant Bakery Manager at COBS Bread is:
1+ years’ supervisory experience in a similar role, ideally in the food service, hospitality or franchise industry
Basic knowledge of financial management skills, including cash management and banking is an asset
Exceptional interpersonal skills in building camaraderie amongst the team
Outstanding customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite such as Excel and Word.
A quick study, with a willingness to learn all operations within the bakery
A capable people manager and leader with proven experience in recruitment and selection, retention, staff development and disciplinary and termination procedures
A great communicator, problem solver and critical thinker
