We are looking for a strong leader who can create positive and dynamic relationships with the team and guests. The Motel Manager at our hotel is responsible for ensuring that the guests have a positive experience, and will oversee the daily operations of the facilities, including managing a staff of 2-8 employees. The Motel Manager must be able to oversee a team and have experience in supervising in a hotel property. Although the position requires being at the front desk during busy hours, an ideal candidate will still be able to maintain a professional demeanor and remain pleasant in stressful situations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire motel and check in guests.
- Greet guests upon check-in and make them feel welcomed.
- Receive complaints from guests and handle them appropriately.
- Handle the payroll of employees and ensure that they are paid on time.
- Oversee maintenance and repair staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,500.00-$3,500.00 per month
