Job Description

We currently have a Guest Experience Supervisor opportunity within our organization. The person that will be selected will report to the franchisee and will elevate the guest experience in all 11 restaurants. They will be responsible for managing the activities o fthe Jones2g group of restaurants to ensure exemplary hospitality and elevation of the Guest Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Participated in the development and implementation of restaurant-specific Guest Experience strategies
  • Supports the goals of our business plan
  • Attends strategic meetings and events
  • Assists in analyzing the restaurant Guest Experience and identifies opportunities and best use of guest-focused restaurant resources
Restaurant Support:
  • Supports the operations team in managing the development and implementation of restaurant-specific Guest Service Strategies
  • Launces and evaluated new programs and initiatives that impact business performance and profitability
  • Follows up in each restaurant to ensure gold standard launches of new products and promotions
  • Maintains merchandising in each restaurant according to McDonalds standards
  • Keeps abreast of new industry trends and developments, and takes initiative to continuously improve the Guest Experience
  • Coaches restaurant teams on the floor to develop a culture of being Guest Focused
People and Community:
  • Leads a team of Guest Experience Leaders in the delivery of effective world-class hospitality, effective sales techniques, merchandising standards, and restaurant policies and procedures
  • plans and executes special events in the market such as holiday and summer parties, crew outings, etc.
  • Coordinates information gathering on customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Is involved in the community in each restaurant area, and looks for ways to get the restaurant involved in the community
  • Coordinates McHappy Day throughout the market
  • works to strengthen relationships with various charitable organizations
  • Works in collaboration with the Supervisor Team to welcome new employees and gives orientations to new employees

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 5 years management or leadership experience with success in leading and developing others
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to take initiative, strong time management skills
  • High professional integrity and ethics
  • Demonstrated superior interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous QSR experience would be an asset
