We are currently seeking a passionate cook, looking to learn and develop skill that will help
them in their culinary career. Our kitchen is honest and genuine and we are looking for like-
minded candidates. Hours will start part time around 25-35 hours/week with opportunity for
advancement. Wages will depend on the experience of the candidate.
A typical entry level shift will include stocking the line for service while ensuring a clean and
sanitary station, cooking food to order with the help of a supervisor, closing the kitchen, and
some small prep tasks.
Our business is open from 7am until 9pm daily, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts.
We have a 45 seat restaurant (The Old Fork), a 70 seat pub (The River Rock) and a 300 seat
banquet hall.

between 2 and 5 pm is an ideal time to sit with a supervisor, as the kitchen will not be too busy

out containers only. We help with local pig feed from our compost as well as a composting
