Durham Recruiting has a great opportunity right here in the heart of Durham for a Commercial Lines TSR to support the Commercial Account Manager. Our client has been in operation since the early 1900s and has been a trusted partner in the community with personal and commercial portfolios for over a hundred years.

The Opportunity:
In a nutshell, we are looking for an amazing support person for our Account Managers for the commercial lines side of the business. You will be dealing with all paperwork, communication between companies, facilitating the internal flow of work between clients, Account Managers and companies. This is a true support role – vital to the companies growth and success.

Your support to the Account Manager will allow them to focus on relationships with their clients, selling and explaining coverages to their clients.

What We Need From You:
5+ years in a support role to a Commercial Lines Account Manager – RIBO Licensed preferred
If you are RIBO licenced you may also be considered for a Junior Account Manager
Self-motivated and confident dealing with a variety of co-workers
A natural at building and nurturing relationships
Comfortable asking for and closing sales
Team player to the core, comfortable speaking to current clients about various products within our client’s wheelhouse
