Brand Ambassadors - Part Time - Yonge and Dundas
Our Brand Ambassadors must be out-going, friendly, warm and inviting. They must love to engage with people and have a natural sense of curiosity. They have a variety of tasks including knowledge on promotions, products and services in-store. They are influencers, who represent a brand in a positive light and by doing-so, help to increase brand awareness and sales. They are meant to embody the Rogers brand, including our value proposition.
In this role you will:
Create a positive and rewarding client experience, that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the customer takes priority at all times
Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches
Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends, to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market.
Collect meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities
Utilize the available marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales
Embrace and utilize technology to enhance customer experience
Maintain an up to date knowledge of all product categories
Provide help and advice to colleagues to achieve goals
Be able to work a varied and flexible schedules (Monday – Sunday); including some holidays
You are someone who:
3-5 years of Retail experience
Completed high school diploma or higher
Previous retail or luxury retail sales or relevant clientele focused experience
Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly and social personality and skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent decision making ability
Strong problem solving skills and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment, while being able to multi-task
Marketing and Brand knowledge/experience is an asset
Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset
