Seeking a hardworking, bright, trustworthy person with excellent communication and computer skills for administration and general office duties. You will be assisting with the administration, marketing and operational tasks.

We are a West Island distributor in the pet industry selling in Canada as well as in the USA via B2B & B2C, duties will include, customer service, order treatment, online portals management for Larger customers with EDI. Amazon Seller Central, Inventory control, supporting the bookkeeper with AP & AR and helping with brand awareness for social media, you be wearing a lot of hats in order to assist a busy and growing small business.

Experience in and knowledge of will be a asset:

Inventory Control

Purchasing

Customer Service

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

EDI Portals

e-commerce, Shopify, Seller Central by Amazon

grafic design

marketing

Excellent computer skill a must.

Key competencies:

1. Perfect command of English, intermediate or advanced French;

2. Excellent command of Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

3. Great organizational skills, and meticulous respect of deadlines;

4. Great attention to detail, consistency and respect for brand identify;

5. An interest for the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
