Some of what you will do

As the Marketing Coordinator, you support the promise of work, learn, grow for our customers by working in close partnership with our marketing operation leaders to execute high priority projects. You will assemble and analyze sales forecasts including preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars. With a large scope of impact and partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.

Specifically, you will:
Create project plans, including cross functional briefs, scope of work, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
Provide information regarding plans, budgets and forecasting to aid management in making marketing budget decisions and evaluations.
Work with representative from the marketing operations team, store planning, signage and various marketing channels, to understand resource requirement, potential risks and detailed scope of work.
Ensure all marketing efforts achieve immediate and long term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for process and content.

Coordinate internal resources and hold the key project leads accountable for the flawless and timely execution of the projects.
Maintain on going communication with updates and post mortem on a monthly and weekly basis.
Support the Marketing team in various aspects of planning, promotion, and developmental programs supporting department, company and project initiatives including schedules and all cost associated.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success and prepare reporting by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data from various departments within the marketing team.
Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends.


Some of what you need

2 to 3 years of project management experience
Previous work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Understanding of radio remote bookings, printing process as it relates to Direct Mailers and special Grand Opening supporting assets
Post-secondary degree with specialization in marketing/Advertising or related field
PMP certification or working towards certification
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and data bases
Strong communication, collaboration & influencing skills to work with a variety of teams
Ability to pivot under pressure
Strong analytical ability and ability to understand strategy and big picture
Demonstrated bias for action, attention to detail, effective prioritization and flawless execution
