The Data & Analytics team at Loblaw is hiring a Head of Analytic Governance and International Operations with experience in building and leading the international organization.

What You'll Do:
Develop the analytic governance strategy including tools, processes and training
Responsible for developing, leading and executing the international strategy for Loblaw
Build and manage the team
Develop relationships with external customers and Vendors
Process, monitor and build model management tools for existing teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Support the day-to-day needs business customers including the analytic organization
Managing projects from the starting point to the final execution
Strictly adhere to legal and compliance guidelines; regarding access and exposure to sensitive and confidential information

What You'll Bring:
University degree in a data or analytical field of study (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance)
10+ years experience in analytic governance and working with international/global stratagies
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with analytic tools
Superb analytical and conceptual thinking skills; to not only manipulate but also derive meaningful interpretations from data
Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Capability to liaise with all levels across the enterprise on projects and ad-hoc requests
Strong detail orientation is essential in this role
A Team player and self starter
