Heli-One is the leader in rotor wing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) with decades of expertise supporting a wide range of helicopters. Our global support network includes base maintenance; line maintenance; component and engine repair and overhaul; and Engineering and Design within our 500,000 square feet of international facilities in Vancouver, Canada; Stavanger, Norway; and Rzeszow, Poland.

Heli-One has an Expression of Interest for a Regular Full-time Component Technicians. The successful candidate will be a detail-orientated team player who maintains impeccable safety and quality standards. The candidate must have successfully completed OEM training and can demonstrate recent experience on the Product type. This position will report directly to the Component Shop Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) publication specifications, service bulletins, build sheets, quality processes and procedures, airworthiness directives and company policies and procedures
  • Carry out work IAW Heli-One MPM & other Quality and Safety Standards.
  • Perform repair or overhaul tasks
  • Interpret technical manuals, drawing and blueprints
  • Maintain all shop tools and equipment in a serviceable state
  • Some international travel may be required for MRT assignments
  • Shift Work may be required
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • Employees must comply with and adhere to all company policies

Required Qualifications:

  • AMO accredited training specific to Heli-One
  • MRO experience preferably in aviation
  • Self-motivated and results driven with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • International travel may be required
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment and be willing to accommodate flexible working schedules, including shifts and overtime
