Our client, a professional consultancy firm in Vancouver is recruiting for a Superstar Front Desk Receptionist. Our client is looking for someone who likes to engage with people and is comfortable with being the first point of contact for anyone who enters the office.

Responsibilties

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Switchboard
  • Mail and Couriers
  • Respond to vendor,client and internal emails as required
  • Montoring office supplies
  • Organizing meetings inclusive of conference lines
  • Keep office tidy
  • Organize team and/or client lunches in the office
  • Provide admin support to EAs
  • Support Marketing Team with administration

Requirements

  • Computer and office equipemt experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills inclusive of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English skills
  • Be a true team player
  • Be professionally presentable and personable at all times
  • Great Time Management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00 to $46,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary School (Preferred)
