As the Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a seasoned Sales team within our consumer printer group to ensure high performance. You will utilize your ability to develop creative and strategic sales programs and processes to drive sales and company objectives, while ensuring a high Return on Investment on any current or future investment. Your relationship with industry stakeholders and distributors will ensure your success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Guiding a team of Account Executives, including strategy revision, planning, and delegating duties
Complete Performance Development Plans and develop KRAs and performance objectives for each team member
Meet and exceed sales expectations for assigned products and customers by working with Sales team to execute promotions and programs, develop and mine new business opportunities, and assist in the negotiation of sales proposals with customers
Create and own strategies to maximize sales within a defined region
Seek new business opportunities outside of the sales channel, and collaborate with other business units to generate fresh ideas and initiatives
Manage Marketing Developing Funds budgets and assign budgets by dealer/program
Review and analyze the DSR Marketing Developing Funds plans
Work with Business Planning to create effective sales programs (pricing, volume rebate, etc.) to hit strategic sales targets
What We're Looking For:
5-8 years of Sales Management experience plus 3 years of sales to national retail partners
Strong analytical skills to review and analyze sales figuresn to determine appropriate strategic plans that drive sales
Excellent time management skills to handle the volume of sales, balance the needs of Sales team and dealers
Superb project and process management skills
Computer and technical skills; with a focus on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fully bilingual French and English is preferred
