Description:
Working to support the Territory Managers, balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties, the selected candidate will report to the Customer Service Manager Ottawa Region. The successful candidate will work with the team to achieve a targeted inside sales budget, deal with phone-in customer inquiries, placing orders and follow-up as well as showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients.
As Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the showroom in good order;
  • including monthly sale features and staff in-services on particulars.
  • Develop and implement new product lines to coincide with sales initiatives. Backorder reports to be checked on regular basis.
  • Maintain mins/max on showroom inventory.
  • Co-ordinate telephone referrals, appointments, and margin targets as set out, as well as expanding business in your defined area.

In this position you are required to develop and promote new product and program sales leads in cooperation with area sales and clinical team.

The applicant must be:

  • customer focused;
  • organized and have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • the ability to set priorities;
  • follow through on tasks and have a proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers, as well as maintain homecare sales growth.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Respiratory Therapist certification is mandatory
  • A commitment to safety is a must

You are customer focused, patient, organized and have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks. You must have a proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers as well as maintain knowledge of Homecare sales growth and development areas.
