Job Summary

In this position you will assist with the planning, communication and execution of all guest services-related to the objectives of the property. This position includes checking personalized guest itineraries, organizing all activities and spa appointments, arranging transfers, check-in, check-out, greeting, luggage handling, correspondence (e-mail, phone, and shipments), reservations as required and general information about the property, our company and local attractions.


  • Carry out daily operations within the Guest Services Department
  • Communicate and coordinate tasks with other members of the Guest Services team
  • Answer, report, and follow Guest Services Manager’s instructions
  • Respond to guest concerns and inquiries
  • Ensure that activities flow smoothly, and guests are looked after

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Language requirements: Must be fluent in the English language
  • Must be an organized, efficient and positive team member
