High volume experienced line cook, approximately 30 hours per week. Night availability up to 1130pm required.

Duties and responsibilities

Contribute to a positive team environment
Expertly fulfill all assigned kitchen position and equipment requirements
Create all food items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
Assist with training new team members for positions in the kitchen/dish area
Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
Follow all operational policies and procedures
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications & Experience

Experience as a cook in a high intensity, fast-paced environment required
Culinary diploma is an asset
Food handler certification required

Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
Ability to learn quickly
Physical requirements

Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 40lbs
