Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform market research to identify opportunities to introduce new programs, as well as to ensure the relevance of all current programs at MCIT.
Oversee the entire program development cycle (definition, design, implementation and
Ensure that the content delivered in all programs is relevant and reflects the real needs of the job market.
Define and implement the strategy to deliver standard/quality content in all courses and
programs at MCIT.
Coordinate any necessary changes in the content of courses and programs.
Lead program development committees to discuss, validate and implement changes in the programs.
Establish a partnership with companies and content providers.
Work with companies and other partners to provide inputs for the programs.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
Minimum experience of 5 years in the IT industry.
Minimum experience of 3 years in program development activities, including research,
planning and data collection.
Extract and interpret the data collected and to communicate well with program stakeholders.
Project Management Skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple program development activities.
Innovation, creativity, and initiative skills.
Ability to do multitask; time management and organizational skills.
