ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for delivering vehicles to designated locations in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner. Assists in the overall day-to-day operations of the Service Department to maximize overall efficiency.
Ensures the consistent flow of vehicles in the service drive-thru and the dealership lot.
Provides exceptional customer experience by installing vehicle protective materials before moving vehicle including steering wheel cover, paper floor mats, seat covers. These are also removed prior to customer pick up.
Reports all visual damage to vehicles.
Ensures the service drive-thru is clean and maintained at all time.
Washes, cleans and vacuums vehicles as required.
Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
