Why is this role important?
We are looking for a service-oriented, critical thinking, and results-oriented human resources professional to support the full-cycle recruitment process. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the current Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) with the full-cycle recruitment process, primarily for the Pharmacy Health Care Businesses.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare job postings on ATS, c onduct prescreening of applicants and phone interviews to assess candidates for top talent.
You will develop and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs.
Support with the offer letter and onboarding process, including generating offer letters, background checks and onboarding tasks for new hires and internal transfers.
Responsible for maintaining information in Workday during the recruitment process; ensuring all information is current and accurate on a regular basis.
You will support with maintaining and tracking daily requisition volumes and provide status updates
Support team members with additional requisitions when required
Plan and help in coordination for recruitment events
Ad-hoc assignments as required
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 1-year in-house corporate high-volume recruitment experience is preferred
Post-secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field.
Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records
Exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday preferred
Tactful; demonstrates discretion and business acumen; able to work with diverse personalities and work styles
Proficient at prioritizing work while meeting deadlines
Strong English verbal and written skills;
Confident, self-starter who can manage time effectively and work independently
MS Office- proficient computer skills to produce reports, documents and presentations
Demonstrated customer focus and the ability to develop and nurture positive customer relationships
