·Canada Direct is looking for a well-seasoned highly motivated Outside Business Sales Specialist to help finding new enterprises that seek our services. The successful applicant, will develop and execute a sales strategy, to drive revenue growth by strategically Prospecting for new sales acquisitions to expand our customer base. The applicant should be an experienced Professional, Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Research and Identifying areas of strategic opportunity for customer-marketing demand generation programs
  • Development & implementation of specific short and long-term strategies that will build our sales pipeline to meet revenues objectives
  • Build, manage and grow your sales pipeline by strategically prospecting leads via cold calling & networking
  • Management of Full Sales Cycle
  • Advance opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to create targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Develop solution-based presentations that address clients’ business needs, using data metrics, market trends and case studies
  • Participate in events, such as: conferences, trade shows, networking and speaking events
  • Manage contact lists and maintain data integrity within Freshsales® (CRM). B
  • Stay up-to-date on lead generation best practices.

Requirements

· 5+ years of proven experience and success in Business development environments.

· University, College Degree or equivalent direct experience in business or related fields.

· Highly driven, Outgoing & personable

· High degree of initiative.

· Confident, disciplined and tenacious with professional attitude.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Exceptional Presentation and negotiation skills.

· Ability to prioritize and to work autonomously as well as in a team.

· Proficient in computer skills; must be able to work easily with Microsoft Office Suite ©.
