Your role will be to answer questions and promote various mobile telephony products and services from Canada’s largest telecommunications company.
On a daily basis, you will be called upon to:
Respond to customer requests related to various mobility products and services.
Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client;
Provide an outstanding sales and service experience to every client
What it takes to join the team:
Be bilingual (French-English) or Anglophone - essential, since most of the calls will be in English
Have varied availabilities, especially during the following hours:
8:00 a.m. to midnight on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
9:00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Able to work full time, 5 days a week and up to 40 hours a week
Friendly, empathetic and dynamic:
be a good listener and able to build a relationship of trust with the client;
Ability to work in a computerized environment;
Sales or customer service experience an important asset!
A base salary of 16$/hour (including a bonus of 2.25$ per worked hour);
