The Marketing Lead Generation Specialist will join a highly collaborative marketing team. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the candidate will drive and be responsible for Lead Generation strategies and for developing marketing activities that stimulate demand generation, new business opportunities, funnel optimization, execution growth tactics, measurement to improve visibility in target markets, partner channels to support marketing and revenue objectives.
Develop integrated demand-driven marketing programs designed to stimulate the acquisition of new business leads, feed existing leads and generate quality sales opportunities
Strategic development, execution and optimization of paid search, display, re-marketing and social media campaigns
Create, execute and oversee multiple marketing campaigns using email marketing and marketing automation tools
Enhanced link building skills, both on and off page that drive quantifiable results
Drive, monitor and report on user engagement metrics across lifecycle
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns at different stages, identify trends and insights and share findings
Collaborate with sales to help produce end-to-end campaigns across channels
Collaborate on the development of the design, layout and content for email marketing including building templates, forms and landing pages using HTML and CSS as needed. Manage, optimize and report on lead scoring models for demand generation campaigns
Work closely with marketing & sales teams to drive awareness and traffic to our site and channels
Routinely analyze and report on key performance metrics, making recommendations to drive conversions, minimize email opt-outs and enhance content
Conduct regular competitive audits on other products and companies in the industry
Education and experience level
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Spoken and written English language at an advanced level
Outstanding communication skills
Customer Service oriented
Solid grasp of social media management for business
Knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Google AdWords, Analytics certification
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, HTML and Adobe Suite
