Baron Auto Group is looking for an Administrative Clerk to join our growing team. The Administrative Clerk's responsibilities entails answering and forwarding phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail, order supplies and keep inventory of stock, and perform other duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
