Summary

The Marketing + Communications Assistant maintains brand standards through content creation and assists to improve brand awareness across North America. With guidance from 2 divisional leads, you will work within the Marketing and Communications departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and end-to-end execution of marketing activities
  • Measure digital marketing performance
  • Administer and assist in content creation for all e-mail marketing
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Assist in event planning + communication
  • Track and build project success stories
  • Manage content calendar
  • Create brochures and digital literature
  • Create promotional videos
  • Design promotional material for digital + print

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of image manipulation and optimization techniques
  • Experienced in SEO and SEM
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all departments
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
