A position is now available for an experienced Data Entry Officer within our Team.
We are currently seeking a talented Office and Data Entry Clerk to join its Administration team. The Data Entry/ Office Administrator will be an integral part of the team, interacting with clients, handling calls, and assisting with office administration as required.
Must be detailed orientated and have computer knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through on assignments
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently to achieve required objects
Second language is an asset
Responding and communicating with all conveyancing inquiries on a timely basis
Answering telephone calls and following up with conveyancing documentations
Handling all outgoing mail via courier, regular post, pick up or delivery
Handing with and closing final reporting requirements and documents
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Word processing and data entry
Additional administrative duties as required
