We're the largest independent employee benefits company in Canada, with over 600 team members across Canada and growing. We're a disruptive force in the Canadian economy, and we actually GREW during COVID-19 because we give Canadian businesses something they can't get anywhere else: a transformed employee benefits experience.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
Your job is to tell business leaders from across Canada about a better way to provide employee benefits, and then set up appointments for them with our licensed advisors who get them on our plan. Technically we're known as "prospectors": we find high-potential contacts, and prepare them for a sales conversation. It's all done over the telephone, from your home office, during business hours (plus ending early every Friday).

Professionalism: you're talking to business leaders about a major part of their budget, sometimes in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Showing up well matters.
Persistence: our specialists are the toughest people in the company, and maybe the entire sector. They know that a challenge is about getting stronger, not weaker.
Coachability: on many days you'll talk to dozens of people, and each one can teach you something. If you believe you can always get better, we'll help you.
Discipline: we believe that luck is where opportunity meets preparation. If you know how to organize your day, you've just created half your luck.
A bit of a competitive streak: we look for people who work hard to see their names at the top of the list, and have friendly competition with their peers.
What about sales experience?
If you've been in a sales role before, great! If you haven't been in a sales role before, great! What really matters is the list above. We can train the rest.
WHAT WE’LL BRING
A comfortable base salary, plus uncapped performance bonuses: earn upwards of $60,000+ annually, while still knowing you can pay the bills.
