About The Role

The Product Communications Specialist will design and author newsletters, emails, and other media for external and internal communications related to Products and Product Features. The Specialist will work in a team environment working closely with internal stakeholders to develop content, as well as independently.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Design, gather, write, edit, and proof content for email and web communication initiatives
Develop, execute, and manage product communication campaigns
Collaborate between internal stakeholders for content development
Oversee / Management of communications projects including milestone tracking and reporting

Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in communications in Canada or the USA
Should have a University Degree (i.e. BA, BCoMS, BBA, etc.) or a College Equivalent
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed time-management and organizational skills, with an ability to use judgement in task
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
Good understanding of digital technologies and marketing techniques and how they can be leveraged
Smart, driven, solutions-oriented, with a knack for problem solving and a habit of taking initiative.

Experience in the following are highly desired:
Technology, Pharma or Healthcare Industries
Email Marketing / Digital Marketing / Digital Messaging / Graphic Design
