What will your typical day look like?
As a Manager will you be leading a diversified portfolio of client opportunities. Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, while working with the team to solve for their business problems by leveraging data and analytics across the deal life cycle. Develop market initiatives to drive business. Collaborate with other Deloitte teams, namely M&A Advisory, across Canada to build relationships & expand the national presence of the practice. Liaise with client executives and financial professionals as required.

About the team
Deloitte’s Analytic Insights team transforms data into actionable insights - to support strategic decisions that amplify stakeholder value. The team focuses on three business areas to drive value for clients: i) Leverage analytics to generate deeper data-driven insights and optimize decisions across the deal cycle, ii) Analytics for operational efficiency, to drive productivity and cost control, and iii) Advanced analytics to identify opportunities for profitable revenue growth. Our team is comprised of a mix of deep technical expertise in the statistical and analytics fields and business professionals with the experience to leverage insights to drive business decisions.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- Completed undergraduate degree in Business (Strategy, Finance, Accounting, etc.) or Economics with outstanding academic credentials. Preference given to those with Post Graduate credentials in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering;
- Strong financial and business acumen (MBA / CPA / CFA required);
- 4 - 6 years of work experience in professional services, consulting or advisory and leading teams;
- Sound understanding of the M&A process;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills;
- Objective, flexible and curious - focused on solving business problems and on the outcomes for our clients.
