Natural Partners Fullscript is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who wants to help build a best in class sales machine — powering the future growth of Fullscripts' practitioners and patients.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about getting in the details of salesforce architecture, build-out and design.
This role has 2 key areas of responsibility.
1. Salesforce Architecture, administration, automation, integration with external data feeds, marketing automation, and process design that enables our mighty and growing sales team.
2. Translating Data into meaningful insights that drive business decision making, both in and outside the sales team. These insights will inform further salesforce automation and business opportunities that Fullscript can use to accelerate further growth.
To succeed in this position, you must be analytical, detail-oriented, curious, have strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
As our Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will get to:
Be our top-notch, Swiss Army Knife of Salesforce. Specifically, this means:
No surprise — Managing Salesforce projects. Defining scope, schedule, resource requirements, meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, follow up on action items and open issues throughout the life-cycle of the project.
Detailing business requirements, defining use cases, user interfaces, salesforce flows, and testing scenarios in collaboration with sales and marketing team members.
Auditing current state systems and architecting future state systems while producing artifacts such as process flows, data flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
Building salesforce UI's, screens, flows, automation, processes, etc… that drive meaningful sales team results. You and your lead get to define the metrics for this success.
Play well with many cross-functional leaders to connect and drive insights across our technology-driven business. For example, its Marketing, Data, and Product.
Provide clarity and consistency in reporting back to business managers on the status of Salesforce projects.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce and reporting-related questions. This means building reports. Sometimes quickly.
Provide Salesforce support and training to new and current team members.
Review daily, weekly, monthly reports to review leads, opportunities, conversions. Sales Ops will live and breathe by the funnel metrics so you'll help and identify any issues, red flags or best practices we should follow.
Translating complex business requirements to technology (data, engineering, product) teams. Your lead will help you here as well.
Technical experience that you bring to the team:
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (nice to have)
Certified Salesforce.com Platform App Builder (bonus points only)
3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce administrator managing core platform access, and reporting tasks utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, as well as process automation & validation
Deep understanding of Salesforce role hierarchy and how to design sales process around them
You can architect and string process builder and flow builder together as if you were brushing teeth
Experience supporting sales teams, marketing teams, and customer success processes
Experience managing lead life-cycle integrations between Salesforce and other marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred)
Lightning salesforce administration experience (need this one)
Ability to independently manage tasks to completion
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
