Full-Time position available. Must be available for a variety of shifts. Evenings, Weekend, and Holidays. Must be able to work as a team player. Majority of Shifts are 3pm - 11pm, 7am - 3pm
You will provide all guests with exceptional guest service satisfaction through ensuring that all policies and procedures of the hotel are followed.
-Responsible for welcoming and acknowledging arriving and departing hotel guests, receiving payment, creating and cancelling reservations and act as the main liaison between the guest and the hotel.
-Be a proactive team member by supporting others, offering suggestions and taking initiative and ownership of actions.
-Comply with and exceed Brand Service Standards.
-Know and understand the products and services offered by the company and Hotel.
-Maintain personal appearance and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
-Comply with all hotel marketing and loyalty promotions and programs.
-Guest complaints will be handled promptly and professionally and always in a courteous manner.
Must be Bondable.
